Senior corporate executives responsible for directing and positioning the corporation within the Canadian health care environment. Every attempt is made to make this executive program a one-day session.
Description of Workshop:
A strategic management process that positions the corporation within the Canadian health care environment. The application of proprietary developed methodology for identifying corporate publics that can complement and support adoption of the corporate vision. This methodology serves to extend the corporation's market intelligence so that it is able to serve as a working partner with the public policy formulation process. Requires participants to be involved in quantitative analysis that results in custom made maps of corporate publics. Minimum of four participants is required per course.
Deliverables:
A computer-generated profile of corporate publics that can be used as a means for assessing the utilization of corporate resources.

A strategic process for managing the introduction and adoption of a therapeutic or diagnostic product in the Canadian health care environment. The application of proprietary developed methodology for identifying corporate publics that can complement and support adoption of a product. The application of a case study that may consist of a client-based example or one developed in-house.
Deliverables:
A computer generated profile of health care publics that can be used as a means for assessing the corporate resource mix needed to achieve a desirable impact for a therapeutic entity on a program or policy.
